I want to try the seven skins method, but I’ve read that snail mucin has AHAs in it. Is it safe to use?

I will :) I was just wondering if this has copper peptides, I read that a lot of snail mucin has copper peptides. I didn’t see it listed, but tought it might be in the snail mucin. I’ve talked to people who had their skin sag after using too much copper peptides. Do you know if this product has that?

No, this one does not contain copper peptides (would be listed as Copper Tripeptide-1). And yes, there are anecdotal reports that copper peptides might result in increase in free radical damage for skin for some people, but there is no reliable evidence to point one way or another at this time.

This essence from Cosrx does not contain AHA or other common irritants, so it is relatively safe to use in the "seven skin" method. Would love to hear what you think of the results once you've tried the method!
