Yes, here is a product I could recommend: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/eucerin-anti-pigment-spot-corrector. It contains an active ISOBUTYLAMIDO THIAZOLYL RESORCINOL (patented as Thiamidol), and there is an impressive study showing that it can be quite effective without causing irritation. Please keep in mind that this product contains a high percentage of alcohol, so it can be drying (that's why it should be used on relatively small areas, and I'd also recommend applying a good moisturizer on top).
