Hoping to get happy skin back

Hi yall! Stumbled upon WIMJ while looking for dupes and it cannot have come at a more-needed time. Looking forward to learning a lot about getting my skin back to great.

I'm 30 years old, and I have been experiencing frustrating skin problems in the last 3-4 years. I have bad breakout in my chin area, terrible blackheads on my nose, dry patches around my cheekbones. My skin also looks red and puffy some days.

I've had great skin before so I cannot figure it out!
