Irritancy low (green) while still having SLS (irritancy high - red)

Hi all,

I am quite new on the forum and was wondering about the Clinique Face Wash for Men (grey package), which says that total irritancy is green. But it does contain Sodium Lauretta Sulfate, that has irritancy high (red). So, what’s the reason the total irritancy factor of that product is still green? Is it because the amount of SLS is next to none?
