You will never know until you try. But if you use any actives, such as acids and retinol, I'd use LRP cicaplast B5 instead.

Thanx for ur reply💕 may I ask why ? Is lrp cicaplast b5 more moisturizing?

Breaking out from a moisturizer is often a myth. It is possible to have an irritation or allergic reaction, but acne breakouts take time to form in the skin and they are not a result of a non-irritating moisturizer. People often think that a moisturizer "broke them out", but usually it is a coincidence (people switch products often, but acne break out for other reasons on their own evil schedule).

Still, if you are worried, this might be not the right product. It contains around 1.5-2% Myristyl Myristate, it could be comedogenic in theory. In practice (in this formulation) it's probably not the case, but maybe not worth the risk. Some good alternatives:

Thanx for your reply . I absolutely love your website and been telling everyone about it. im so interested in getting the naturium niasinamide 5%

Since i have acne scars i have been doing intracel laser to treat it. My routine was:

Cleanse my make up with bioderma sensibo

Face wash from eucirin dermo purifier

Night moisturizer eucirin even pigment

Morning moisturizer and sunblock eucirin dry touch 50% spf

Last week i started a new routine because i want to start skin cycling and use something for brightening:

Cleanse my make up with bioderma sensibo

Face wash vichy whitening

Glycolic acid peel 30% twice a week

The ordinary Hyaluronic acid serum

Eucirin even pigment (night time)

Pharmaceris whitening albucin 50 (morning)

(I just purchased niacinamide serum from the good molecules today)

I would like to use retinol at some point but as i am currently doing lasers i dont think it would be wise

So happy that our community and website are helpful to you!

I think you can reduce the cleansing. You could fully skip cleansing in the morning, or at least do it in one step (just choose one cleansing product. If you go for micellar water, make sure to rinse it off with water at the end).

I think it is wise to wait with a retinoid until you've finished the treatment. I'd also check with your treating professional whether they advice you to use the 30% peel. 30% twice a week is A LOT. It could be fine if a professional is supervising you, just be extra careful.

And you absolutely need a sunscreen daily (in case you are skipping it in the new routine!). Crucial to prevent pigmentation issues.

Also, I'd add a nice replenishing moisturizer (I think you are on a look out for one any way:). Since you already have a separate niacinamide serum, you can get smth with extra-linoleic acid (it is an emollient that can actually decrease pore clogging):

Also someone suggested LRP Cicaplast, it is a good option to help your skin recover: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/la-roche-posay-cicaplast-baume-b5-for-dry-skin-irritations

Thank you so much for your advice and I’ll definitely get one of those moisturizers. Do you think I should continue with the hyaluronic acid before my moisturizer at night?

I have always focused on a serum (which usually does more) and then a sunscreen.

I have not used this moisturizer but the brand is not bad?

Sorry could not help more.
