What is the Ph balance in this serum? Thank you.

Hello Cathy, the manufacturer responded saying that "The pH of ACURE skin care is 5.5". It is higher than we expected given that the product contains ascorbic acid which is effective at pH about 3.5, but I guess they bet on the Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (a vitamin C derivative) - it is effective at a neutral pH.
We do not know for sure, but we expect the pH of this formulation to be at about 3.5 - 4.0. We've emailed the manufacturer to confirm, and we will let you know if they respond.
