Can you please review/analyze Dr Russo SPF 30 sun protective brush on all day moisturizer

Hey guys I'm a little confused with the dr Russo once a day SPF 30 sun protective day moisturizer

You claimed it's effectiveness was very low at 62%, however there is another dr Russo product I noticed you guys have not checked on it's called

Dr Russo SPF 30 sun protective brush on all day moisturizer

It looks like a completely different version and I believe will be highly effective, could you please review this one many thanks 🙂
