Hello from null

I am 67 years old and concerned about wrinkles. Although, I have only a few. I would like to keep it that way. I asked Google how much hyaluronic acid should be in serum to reduce wrinkles. "Just over 2 %" it read. When I then asked Google how much was in Grace & Stella, I picked your answer and it made it clear that G&S was not great to reduce wrinkles but did help in moisturizing. But I want MORE than that in a face serum. So I decided to join your forum. (right now I own a few small bottles of G&S) I plan to finish them off and try again. My dear mother gene's blessed me with her smooth skin even when she was in her 60s. I am a retired RN with 40 years of Nursing under my belt. Although, I can sleep as long as I like and don't have to work 12-13 hour days, I miss my calling of helping with ill folks and doing my best to educate in the medical field. I just know very little about serums. As far as I know, serums were unheard of in my teens, 20s and 30s---as well as ANY skin protection most of my young years!

Hello Riversunday, it's very nice to meet you and welcome to WIMJ!

We have just updated our guide to anti-aging skincare, you might find it helpful: https://whatsinmyjar.com/skin-concerns/anti-aging. I hope it could help you start thinking about what actives you'd like to try in your routine - and you can always post here if you need a recommendation for a specific product (or any other skincare questions of course 😊).
