Should I add anything else?

what kind of serum or face oil should I add to my skincare, if needed? I'm trying to get clear skin. Or do you think I can achieve this with what I am currently using??

I have this face oil, AkarSkin - Southe Face Oil I got from Ipsy, can I use that?

I think you don't have to add anything, you already have a routine that brilliantly covers the basics (broad spectrum daily sun protection, good moisturizer and gentle cleanser) + effective retinoid to target blemishes.

If you'd like to add even more power to the routine, you could consider an azelaic acid product (aim for 10%).

I wouldn't add an oil, and the AkarSkin is risky in terms of irritation (formula breakdown here: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/akarskin-soothe-face-oil).

If you feel that you skin is getting too dry, you could take a break from Differin 1-2 times a week.

Moisturizer before differin slows down the differin absorption. It can be a bad thing if your skin isn't feeling sensitive and dry, and you want the fastest results out of differin. But it is a good thing if you want to reduce the irritation and dryness. It still gets into the skin and does its work, it's just happens slower.
