You can use it - it is a great moisturizer and works for sensitive skin. It is formulated to be non-greasy, so it should work for oily skin overall, especially on the body, and shouldn't be too heavy for a hot climate either. There is no reason not to use it on the face - just not sure if the texture is light enough, it's an individual preference (as in it will not be mattifying).
