I don’t use them anymore and I’m searching for alternative uses to not let them to waste ! Would it be okay to use them on the scalp or hair ? Or mix it with moisturizers ?

You can use both on your hands at night under a lotion/ hand cream to increase hydration and combat photo-damage (for niacinamide). I wouldn't mix with moisturizers, it could do weird things to the texture and not let the moisturizer work as intended
