I've been using glycolic and salicylic acid for a while, and I want to include retinol in my routine. I've thought of applying each once a week (glycolic on Mondays, salicylic on Wednesdays and retinol on Fridays), but I don't know if that's enough for retinol to work. However, I'm afraid to overexfoliate if I use retinol more often without removing the acids. Does anyone have suggestions?

You'd get better results from retinoids with more frequency. Retinoids also speed up the skin turnover so you will need to exfoliate less anyway when you'll add a retinoid.
I'd start with a retinoid 3 times a week (for example, Monday, Wednesday, Friday), and use salicylic acid on Saturday night. I'd skip the glycolic acid for the first two-four weeks to let the skin adjust to the retinoid. Then you might be able to use salicylic acid on Tuesday for example, and re-introduce glycolic on Saturday and see how your skin feels.
If your skin is sensitive, you might want to choose a different retinoid product - the Revolution retinol toner contains witch hazel and it can be irritating. An alternative in the same price range: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/the-inkey-list-retinol-serum
