MORNING: Protect & Glow 1. Water: Rinse your face with lukewarm water. 2. G&G Liquid Hydration: Mist onto the face (hydration boost). 3. Perricone MD SPF 30: Apply to damp skin. (Protects from UV and provides Vitamin C). 🌙 EVENING: Double Cleanse & Repair (Retinal Days: 3x per week to start) 1. Anua Cleansing Oil: Apply to dry skin, massage for 1 min, rinse with water. 2. Avène Tolérance Cleanser: Massage onto damp skin, then rinse (Double Cleansing). 3. G&G Liquid Hydration: Mist and let it dry/absorb completely. 4. G&G Retinal 0.05%: Apply a pea-sized amount to dry skin. 5. Skintegra CICA-CERA: Wait 5-10 mins, then apply to seal everything in. 6. Rosehip Oil: Tap 1-2 drops onto dry patches (optional).
