Another benefit is that this moisturizer contain ceramides (ceramide eop 0.25% - 0.50%, ceramide ap 0.30% - 0.55%, ceramide as 0.30% - 0.60%, phytosphingosine 0.45% - 0.65%, ceramide ns 0.40% - 0.65% and ceramide np 4.00% - 4.90%). Ceramides are an important part of our natural skin barrier. The Ceramides used in skincare are synthetic or come from plants. An effective concentration of Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) - about 3.00% - 3.70%. Panthenol helps strengthen the skin barrier, improve hydration and reduce inflammation in skin.
This product contains ingredients that could be beneficial, but their concentrations are too low in this formulation: stearic acid, butyrospermum parkii butter and caprylic/capric triglyceride
