Eczema/Psoriasis

Is this a good routine for someone with eczema/psoriasis, please? Or is it too harsh? I just bought all these products but I’m a little apprehensive about using the Retinol and the CE Ferulic,

Thanks in advance for your help.

You can skip cleansing in the morning - this will help your skin barrier. At night, make sure to rinse-off the micellar water - the residue might be irritating. In the PM, you have 2 very similar products with retinol (Cerave and Paula's choice). I'd use only one of them every other day first. If you are tolerating them, you can use either one daily. I'd see how you are doing with retinol first before starting ascorbic acid.

There is no way to tell for sure if it is too much or OK for your skin, it even depends on how your skin barrier is at this particular moment. The products you've chosen are good, but it could be that the either retinol or 15% ascorbic acid is too much (or the combination).

I'm not an expert but I do have eczema around my eyes. Be really careful with retinol. I wasn't careful and ended up messing up my skin and worsening my freshly healed eczema flareup.

SkinCeuticals has another vitamin C serum that may be better for you as it’s formulated for sensitive skin. It’s AOX 10. I use it due to rosacea. I would see if you could exchange the one you have.
