Hello Wasan, welcome to WIMJ. Post-acne scars are persistent and not easy to get rid off unfortunately. I wouldn't do microneedling yourself, and only trust a good skincare professional to perform it. If mirco-needling goes wrong, it can trigger pigmentation issues and can make matters worse.
If the scars are deep, a cosmetic procedure (e.g. laser treatment) could be needed to see a major improvement.
